Circular Thinking

About Us

Circular Thinking is a transformation consultancy working across strategy and implementation in the circular economy and industrial transformation.

We approach the circular economy as a strategic area of transformation that encompasses organizations’ decision-making processes, business models, and value chains.

We assess market, sector, and policy analyses alongside business priorities and our practical experience, developing strategies tailored to each organization and actionable roadmaps.

Our Approach

Together, we define the direction, scope, and priorities of transformation based on an organization’s current structure, value chain, and goals.

We bring strategy development, market, sector, and policy analyses, training programs, implementation projects, and collaboration processes together in a complementary working model shaped by the organization’s needs.

Who Do We Work With?

We work with companies, public institutions, sector representatives, civil society organizations, and international organizations at the organizational, sector, and value chain levels.
